Sure, there are parodies of Carly Rae Jepsen's hit song "Call Me Maybe" out there, but none of them seem to address a serious conceptual problem in her music video: how can she possibly know that she likes this guy if all she's doing is staring at him from her window?
Granted, the video does poke fun at her crush by making the dude end up being (spoiler alert!) gay, but still, he's perfectly nice. That's not how real life luck works, right? According to real life luck, this good-looking guy would be a total jerk. Or a hologram. Or watch "Two and a Half Men."
Luckily, our friends over at College Humor caught the loophole and decided to imagine what it'd be like if Carly's crush ended up being a bit more misguided than "he's just not that into you."
Daters beware.
