Our client company are Independent Mortgage Advisors covering the whole of market and are Directly Authorised by the Financial Services Authority. Their head office is based near Wolverhampton. They are looking for experienced mortgage advisers with excellent inter-personal skills and the drive to succeed. Ideally to live up to a maximum of 100 miles away from Wolverhampton, or two hours? drive away.

They offer:

? Self employed package working from home plus use of their office in Perton, Wolverhampton

? 12 to 20 warm leads provided (free of charge) within the advisor's local area

? Market Leading Commission Rates - The company receive 100% of gross Lautro and Proc fees as the firm is directly authorised and therefore no network retentions are applied.

? 70% of the whole case value paid for self-generated leads

? 50% split of the whole case value for company leads, after the first ?295 of the broker fee is retained

? OTE in Year 1 should be at least ?50K with Unlimited Earning Potential

Advisers will be home based with leads provided in their post code area. This proposal ideally suits, "one man bands" and competes well against network packages. Additionally this proposition would suit advisers within a bank or estate agency or brokers within a practice that are looking to set up on their own. Ideally advisers should have some existing client bank, prospects or introducers that would generate at least a couple of product sales each month, however the bulk of business is likely to come from the generous volume of 12 to 20 free company leads per month.

Candidates must have a good telephone manner to engage with a client when following up internet leads. The company look for the adviser to book a face to face appointment in the client?s home for a full mortgage and protection review (within 1 hours travelling time).

They are looking for experienced and articulate individuals and for logistical/support reasons the company only wish to consider advisers within a 100 mile radius of Wolverhampton or maximum 2 hours drive.

The two directors have a background in banking initially, home based financial advice and New Homes Mortgages. They set up their company about 12 years ago. They are very friendly, professional and ethical. They are great trainers, and get the best out of Advisers to develop their telephone techniques and face to face sales skills.
